Pressure Diecasting

The diecasting foundry is served by five bulk melting furnaces supplying molten metal to ten diecasting machines. All machines operate fully automatically and are equipped with integrated process monitoring system and thermo-regulating die heating /cooling units. Machines are equipped also with TYMAC Process Monitoring System offering on-line SPC capability on all casting parameters.
